Every other Saturday, part time hours on two afternoons, 1pm-5pm, 8:30-5pm, late nights or Saturday, 8:30-3pm, elections are a problem, send out emergency phone #’s, “working folks can never do business except over the phone.”, better service with water bill,

Enforce fines on chronic abusers; sign up responsible, control road flooding, better pressure, replace north side zanjero, alternate irrigation day, allow everyone to make request on sign up sheets, make available gaskets to fix their leaky ports, ability to contact zanjero’s, provide proper amount of water, deliver irrigation on time,
