CHCID sent out survey questions regarding water service in the irrigation bills at the beginning of November and handed them out to those people who voted in the District election .
The District is required to have its books audited every year and to make the audit reports public. Our fiscal year starts on July 1st of one calendar year and runs through June 30th of the next calendar year.
The audit reports are in PDF format, so you must have Acrobat Reader from Adobe installed on your computer to read the reports.
