Regular Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month. The time and place are usually 6:00 PM at the Church at 26620 S. Mandarin Dr., but will be specified in the agenda. Special Board meeting times and locations will be specified in the agenda.
Disclaimer: The minutes listed here are preliminary versions. When the Board meets to approve the minutes of a previous meeting there are sometimes corrections made. If the corrections are minor then the official paper copy is hand edited and those corrections won't appear in the versions listed here.
Beginning with April, 2009 we are relying mostly on MP3 files as meeting minutes. The minutes document is very brief, but shows where in the MP3 file a particular subject was discussed.

There are three members of the Chandler Heights Citrus Irrigation District Board of Directors. Each Director serves a three year term, and one member of the Board is elected each year. The election of a Director is always on the second Tuesday of the month of November. This is usually not the same day as the general election day, but it is always the same day as a monthly CHCID Board meeting..
The candidate that receives the most votes on the District election day takes office at the January Board meeting following the election.
